On August 25, 1934, the Executive Cooncil (The Cooncil o Meenisters at the time) issued Directive No. 558 declarin the Coat o Airms (Arabic: شعار الأردن‎), (which wis designed in 1921 upon the request o His Hieness Prince Abdullah I) as the offeecial emblem o the kintra an ootlinin its specific design layoot. On Februar 21, 1982, the Cooncil o Meenisters issued the offeecial Notification No. 6, which gae written specifications an explanations o the offeecial emblem o the kintra.
