Arkona is a Pols black metal baund formed in 1993.
History
[eedit | edit soorce]The baund wis formed bi guitarist Khorzon an vocalist Messiah, who decidit tae stairt a baund combinin the aspects o raw black metal an paganism. The first demo "The Unholy War" wis released in 1993. Efter recordin three mair demos, Madness Morbid Records label, signed them, leadin Arkona tae record their first full-length album. The first offeecial album "Imperium", wis released on Astral Wings Records. The next album, "Zeta Reticuli" wis recordit in 1996, an it wis released in 2001. In 2002 the baund released their third studio album "Nocturnal Arkonian Hordes" unner the Czech labed Eclipse Productions. In 2003 the baund released their fowert studio album "Konstelacja Lodu".
