Vratsa Province (Bulgarie: Област Враца (Oblast Vratsa), umwhile name Vratsa okrug) is a Bulgarie province locatit in the northwastren pairt o the kintra, atween Danube river in the north an Stara Planina muntain in the sooth. It is namit efter its main toun - Vratsa. As o December 2009, the province haes a population o 196,829 inhabitants,[1][2][3] on territory of 3,619.7 km².
