Chiang Rai (Thai: เชียงราย, Lannaᨩᩭᨦᩁᩣᩭ) is the northrenmaist province (changwat) of Thailand. Neighbourin provinces are (frae east clockwise) Phayao, Lampang andChiang Mai. In the north it borders Shan State o Myanmar an Bokeo o Laos.
