Русский: Флаг муниципального образования "Город Белая Калитва и Белокалитвинский район" Ростовской области России
2:3 крестообразно разделено на четыре равные части - две зеленные и две светло-синие. Посередине полотнище пересекает горизонтальная жёлтая полоса в 1/10 от ширины полотнища. Поверх наложен голубой, окаймлённый желтой полосой (шириной в 1/20 от ширины полотнища) ромб, касающийся концами верхнего и нижнего краёв полотнища и занимающий по ширине 1/2 длины полотнища. На фоне ромба изображен обращённый от древка жёлтый олень, пораженный в спину черной стрелой.
