Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C.
Wolverhampton Wanderers Fitbaa Club is an Inglis fitbaa club representing Wolverhampton. Commonly referred to bi its nickname "Wolves", the club wis foondit in 1877 an since 1889 haes played at Molineux Stadium. Heestorically, Wolves hae been highly influential, maist notably as being foonder members o the Fitbaa League, as well as haein played an instrumental role in the establishment o the European Cup, later to become the UEFA Champions League.

Uniquely, they are the anerlie club to hae wan titles in five different Fitbaa League divisions, an in 1988, their Fowert Division title glory made them the first team to hae been champions o all fower professional leagues in Inglis fitbaa, although this feat haes since been matched bi Burnley in 1992 an Preston in 1996. They remain the anerlie club to hae wan all top naitional cups (FA Cup, Fitbaa League Cup an Fitbaa League Trophy).
During their 1950s domination o Inglis fitbaa, Wolves wur the first team to pass the 100-goal mark for three seasons in succession, in consecutive 1957/58, 1958/59 an 1959/60 seasons. They ar also the first team to score 7,000 league goals an trail anerlie Manchester Unitit in terms o total league goals as o the end o the 2009–10 season.
