Translating a long list into Scots[eedit soorce]

The problem with any mass conversion with an imperfectly standardized language like Scots is that you will lose something in the process.
If you look at the list now, there are 6 hits.
If you go back into the log, and open up my last version, there are 6 hits.
But they are not the same six.
Pa(i)rkheid disappeared in the conversion.

Parkhead (in Inglis)
Parkheid (in Cheenese) ??
Pairkheid (in Scots)

This is a basic issue. How Scots must Scots be?
Are we simply going to extreme lengths to not look English?

Because this Scots WP project is still a bairn learning to walk, the sourcing rules of English WP have not been rigorously enforced hereabouts.
But the sourcing rules of English are still valid, even when not applied.
We have a disagreement. Where is there an official or reliable source that has settled this matter? Government, newspaper, book publisher, university, any of those will suffice.
