Zamość pronounced [ˈzamɔɕt͡ɕ] (Yiddish: זאמאשטש Zamoshtsh) is a ceety in sootheastren Poland, situatit in the soothren pairt o Lublin Voivodeship (syne 1999), aboot 90 km (56 mi) frae Lublin, 247 km (153 mi) frae Warsaw an 60 km (37 mi) frae the border wi Ukraine. In 2004, the population wis 66,633.
