Xining (Cheenese: 西宁; [ɕínǐŋ]; Staundart Tibetan: ཟི་ལིང་།, Mongolie: ᠰᠢᠨᠢᠩ) is the caipital o Qinghai province in wastren Cheenae,[1] an the lairgest ceety on the Tibetan Plateau.
