Wenquan

Wenquan (Cheenese: 温泉; pinyin: Wēnquán; Wade–Giles: Wen-ch'üan, i.e. "Warm Springs") is a city in the Fowkrepublic o Cheenae. It wis foondit in 1955 on the Qinghai-Tibet road north o the Tangla muntain range. Accordin tae The Guinness Beuk o Warld Records, Wenquan haed the heichest elevation o ony city - 16,730 feet/5,019 metre abuin sea level.[1], but National Geographic Magazine (May 2003) gies that title tae the muckler city o La Rinconada, Peru that lies at 5,100 metre ower sea level.[2]
