Testis-determinin factor (TDF), an aw kent as sex-determinin region Y (SRY) protein, is a DNA-bindin protein (an aw kent as gene-regulatory protein/transcription factor) encodit bi the SRY gene that is responsible for the ineetiation o male sex determination in humans.[3]
