Thomas Stephen Chalmers (born 26 December 1935; deed 29 Apryle 2019)[1] wis a Scots fitbawer that played as a centre-forrit. He scored the European Cup-winnin goal for Celtic's Lisbon Lions team; he deed a week efter his teammate, an the team's caiptain, Billy McNeill.
