St. Moritz (German: Sankt Moritz; Italian: San Maurizio; Romansh: San Murezzan (help·info)) is a resort toun in the Engadine valley in Swisserland. It is a municipality in the destrict o Maloja in the Swiss canton o Graubünden. The heichest summit in the Eastren Alps, the Piz Bernina, lies a few kilometres sooth o the toun. St. Moritz hostit the Winter Olympics in 1928 an 1948. It is a popular destination o the upper class an internaitional Jet Set, as well as ane o the maist expensive ski resorts in the warld.
