The Siwa Oasis (Siwi: Isiwan/ⵉⵙⵉⵡⴰⵏ; Arabic: واحة سيوة Wāḥat Sīwah, IPA: [ˈwæːħet ˈsiːwæ]) is an oasis in Egyp, atween the Qattara Depression an the Egyptian Sand Sea in the Libian Desert, nearly 50 km (30 mi) east o the Libie border, an 560 km (348 mi) frae Cairo.[1][2][3]
