Sanzhi Destrict (Cheenese: 三芝區; pinyin: Sānzhī Qū) is a landwart district in the northren pairt o New Taipei in northren Taiwan. It is notable as the hametoun o the umwhile preses Lee Teng-hui.
Tourist attractions
[eedit | edit soorce]Sanzhi wis the location o a unuisual vacation resort built in 1978 an abandoned afore ony o the structurs wur inhabited. Efter mony years in a state o decay, the resort wis demolished in late 2008 an early 2009. The steid wis a favorite wi photographers and tourists, but efforts tae save it failed, an the steid is nou bein redevelopit.
