San Borja is a toun in the Beni Depairtment in northren Bolivie.

San Borja is the seat o the San Borja Municipality, the seicont municipal section o the José Ballivián Province.[2] The toun is locatit at an elevation o 197 m on the left bank o Río Maniqui, a tributar o Río Rapulo which flows intae Río Mamoré.

San Borja is connectit towards the soothwast wi Yucumo situatit on the road an a bus route La Paz - Yolosa/Coroico - Caranavi - Rurrenabaque. Yucumo is haufwey atween Caranavi an Rurrenabaque. Towards the east o San Borja Route 3 leads tae San Ignacio de Moxos an farther tae Trinidad, the caipital o the Beni Depairtment.
The airport o San Borja haes regular services frae twa airlines: Línea Aérea Amaszonas an TAM - Transporte Aéreo Militar (the Bolivie Militar Airline)
