Ray Milland (3 Januar 1907 – 10 Mairch 1986)[1] wis a Welsh actor an director.[2] His screen career ran frae 1929 tae 1985, an he is best remembered for his Academy Awaird-winnin portrayal o an alcoholic writer in The Lost Weekend (1945), a sophisticatit leadin man opposite a corrupt John Wayne in Reap the Wild Wind (1942), the murther-plottin husband in Dial M for Murder (1954), an as Oliver Barrett III in Love Story (1970).[3]
