A Prince du Sang (Prince o the bluid) wis a rank at the French ryal coort. A prince o the bluid ranked behind the ryal faimily. They were entitled tae the style o Most Serene Highness.

Monsieur le duc[eedit | eedit soorce]

This style was used for the eldest son o the Prince de Condé. Originally, the eldest son was given the teetle o Duke o Enghien, but that changed in 1709 when the Condés lost the rank o premier prince. After that, the eldest son was often given the courtesy teetle o Duke o Bourbon, which haed been granted tae Le Grand Condé, and his eldest son wis then given the teetle o duc d'Enghien.

  2. 1709–1710: Louis, Duke o Bourbon, Prince o Condé (1668–1710);
  3. 1710–1740: Louis Henri, Duke o Bourbon, Prince o Condé (1692–1740);
  4. 1740–1818: Louis Joseph de Bourbon, Prince o Condé (1736–1818);
  5. 1818–1830: Louis Henri de Bourbon, Prince o Condė (1756–1830).
