Paum ile is an edible vegetable ile derived frae the mesocarp (reiddish pulp) o the fruit o the ile paums, primarily the African ile paum Elaeis guineensis,[1] an tae a lesser stent frae the American ile paum Elaeis oleifera an the maripa paum Attalea maripa.
