Pad thai,[1][2] or phad thai[2] (Thai: ผัดไทย or less commonly Thai: ผัดไท, RTGSphat thai, ISO: p̄hạdịthy, pronounced [pʰàt tʰāj] ( listen), "fried Thai style", whiles "Freestyle Stir-fry"), is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street fuid an at casual local eateries in Thailand.
