The Northren Wei or the Northren Wei Empire, an aw kent as the Tuoba Wei (拓跋魏), Later Wei (後魏), or Yuan Wei (元魏), wis a dynasty foondit bi the Tuoba (Tabgach) clan o the Xianbei, that ruled northren Cheenae frae 386 tae 534 AD[7] (de jure till 535), in the period o the Soothren an Northren Dynasties.
