Nikos Kazantzakis (Greek: Νίκος Καζαντζάκης [ˈnikos kazandˈzakis]; 18 Februar 1883 – 26 October 1957) wis a Greek writer, celebratit for his novelles, which include Zorba the Greek (published 1946 as Life an Times o Alexis Zorbas), Christ Recrucified (1948), Caiptain Michalis (1950, translatit 'Freedom or Daith), an The Last Temptation o Christ (1955).
