The M134 Minigun is a 7.62×51mm NATO, six-baurel rotary machine gun wi a heich rate o fire (2,000 tae 6,000 roonds per meenit) that can an aw fire at a heich susteened rate.[2] The "Mini" in the name is in comparison tae lairger calibre designs that uise a rotary baurel design, sic as General Electric's earlier 20-millimeter M61 Vulcan, an "gun" for the uise o rifle calibre bullets as opponed tae autocannon shells.
