Masaaki Sugihara (1954-2019) is a Japanese numerical analyst an a former professor at the Varsity o Tokyo. He is known for his contributions tae numerical linear algebra[2], numerical integration[3][4][5] an approximation[1]. He also haed several joint studies wi Masatake Mori[6][7][8][9].
