Lê Đức Thọ (listen; 14 October 1911 – 13 October 1990), born Phan Đình Khải in Hà Nam Province, wis a Vietnamese revolutionary, general, diplomat, an politeecian.[1] He wis awairdit the Nobel Peace Prize jyntly wi Unitit States Secretar o State Henry Kissinger in 1973, but he declined it.
