Infanta Maria Manuela o Portugal (15 October 1527 – 12 Julie 1545) was the eldest dochter and second child of Keeng John III o Portugal an his wife Catherine o Austrick. She was Princess of Asturies and Duchess o Milan as the first wife o the future Philip II o Spain, an Princess of Portugal as heir presumptive tae the Portuguese throne atween 1527 an 1535. She died as a result o childbirth.
