Ilya Mikhailovich Frank (Roushie: Илья́ Миха́йлович Франк) (23 October 1908 – 22 Juin 1990) wis a Soviet winner o the Nobel Prize for Pheesics in 1958 jyntly wi Pavel Alekseyevich Cherenkov an Igor Y. Tamm, an aa o the Soviet Union. He received the awaird for his wirk in explainin the phenomenon o Cherenkov radiation. He received the Stalin prize in 1946 an 1953 an the USSR state prize in 1971.
