al-Ḥusayn ibn ‘Alī ibn Abī Ṭālib (Arabic: الحسين بن علي بن أبي طالب‎‎; 8 Januar 626 CE – 10 October 680 CE) (3rd / 4t Sha'aban 4 AH – 10t Muharram 61 AH), sometimes spelled Hussein, wis the son o Ali ibn Abi Ṭalib (fowert Rashidun Caliph o Sunni Islam, an first Imam o Shia Islam) an Fatimah Zahra (dauchter o the Islamic prophet Muhammad) an the younger brither o Hasan ibn Ali.
