Hans Georg Dehmelt (9 September 1922 – 7 Mairch 2017) wis a German-born American pheesicist, wha wis awairdit Nobel Prize in Pheesics in 1989,[1] for co-developin the ion trap technique (Penning trap) wi Wolfgang Paul, for which thay shared ane-hauf o the prize (the ither hauf o the Prize in that year wis awairdit tae Norman Foster Ramsey).
