Gojoseon (Hangul고조선; Hanja古朝鮮), oreeginally named Joseon (Hangul조선; Hanja朝鮮), wis an auncient kinrick on the Korean Peninsula. The addeetion o Go (, ), meanin "auncient", is uised tae distinguish it frae the later Joseon kinrick (1392–1897).
