El primer cuartel, llamado también cuartel superior del jefe, tiene, sobre esmalte azur (azul), el retablo de nuestra señora de Copacabana la Virgen Fundadora, con su Niño Dios en su brazo izquierdo y en la mano derecha un cetro; Virgen reina, Virgen cósmica orlada de nubes, y con angelito que parece llevar hacia el infinito [...]. d.
