Русский: Герб Ленинского муниципального района Волгоградской области

Номер в Геральдическом регистре РФ: 1961

Описание: В поле, скошенном вогнуто и слева повышенно лазурью и зеленью, в зелени - золотая ветвь тутовника с серебряными цветами, часть коей положена поверх линии деления; в лазури - серебряная всплывающая стерлядь.

Обоснование символики: Герб Ленинского района языком символов и аллегорий отражает уникальное природно-географическое расположение района. Район объединяет в своих пределах две природные зоны - степную и Волго-Ахтубинскую пойму. Граница природных зон показана делением щита на две части: голубую - отражающую важное значение водных ресурсов в жизни района и зелёную - показывающую степные просторы. Изображение серебряной рыбы также подчёркивает важность водных ресурсов. Символика ветвей тутовника в гербе многозначна:

  • ветви показывают, что через территорию района проходило множество торговых путей, в том числе и Великий шёлковый путь;
  • в XVIII столетии здесь был построен Шёлковый, завод и местное население занималось выращиванием тутовых деревьев;
  • в гербе тутовник также символизирует лучшие качества жителей района: трудолюбие, терпение, заботливость. Золотой цвет ветвей усиливает символику герба, показывая развитость земледелия и садоводства. В геральдике золото - символ урожая, богатства, стабильности, уважения.

Серебро - символ совершенства, чистоты, мира и взаимопонимания. Лазоревый (синий, голубой) цвет - символ чести, благородства, истины и добродетели. Зелёный цвет - символ природы, здоровья, жизненного роста.
