Русский: Исторический (утверждён в 1781) и он же современный герб города Изюма, дарованный городу Екатериной Второй. Изображены три грозди изюма, волшебным образом поменявшие цвет с красного винограда на зелёный.
Описание: "В золотом поле три виноградные лозы с плодами, показывающие самое именование сего города и что плод сей в окрестностях сего города родится".
