Ferdinand o Parma, Duke o Parma (Ferdinando Maria Filippo Lodovico Sebastiano Francesco Giacomo; 20 Januar 1751 – 9 October 1802) wis the Duke o Parma, Piacenza an o Guastalla frae his faither's daith in 18 Julie 1765 until he ceded the duchy tae Fraunce bi the Treaty o Aranjuez on 20 Mairch 1801. He wis a member o the Bourbons o Parma which were descendred frae the Spaingie Hoose o Bourbon. He wis also the favourite grandson o Louis XV o Fraunce

Guillaume du Tillot was again used during Ferdinand's reign when he lost his faither in 1765 aged 14. Negotiations an ideas were passed frae Vienna tae Parma an in 1769, Ferdinand mairit Maria Amalia o Austrick, child o the Empress Maria Theresa, an older sister o the Queen Maria Carolina o Naples an Sicily an the future Marie Antoinette. Maria Amalia had a mairriage bi proxy in Vienna on 27 Juin an left her home on 1 Julie. The future duchess would meet her husband at Mantua on 16 Julie. His wife wis with her brither Joseph II, Haly Roman Emperor an Ferdinand with members of the Sforza family. On 19 July there was a formal ceremony for all at the Ducal Palace of Colorno where Ferdinand had been born. During many festivities, the couple made their official entrance tae Parma on 24 Julie. They haed nine hilder in just under twenty years.
