Félix Houphouët-Boigny (French pronunciation: ​[feliks ufwɛt bwaɲi] or [feliks ufwɛ bwaɲi];[1][2] 18 October 1905 – 7 December 1993), affectionately cried Papa Houphouët or Le Vieux (The Auld Ane), wis the first Preses o Côte d'Ivoire (1960 tae 1993), servin for mair nor three decades till his daith.
