Duke o Nemours
The Duke o Nemours is a teetle o nobility that referes tae the Nemours region in Île-de-France in Fraunce. The teetle wis gien tae Louise o Savoy (1524–1531), Duchess o Angoulême, Francis I o Fraunce's mither. It wis then gien as an appanage tae Philippe o Savoy, Duke o Nemours (a son o Philip II, Duke o Savoy) He foondit the Nuemours branch o the Hoose o Savoy, wha lived in Fraunce. Eventually it wis absorbed into the many teetles o the Hoose o Orléans (foondit bi Philippe o Fraunce, Duke o Orléans (anly brither o Louis XIV) an wis uised as a courtesty teetle.
