The Spaingie teetle o Duke o Huéscar wis creatit in 1563 bi Keeng Philip II o Spain and bestowed on Fadrique Álvarez de Toledo y Enríquez, 6t Marquis o Coria, son and heir o Fernando Álvarez de Toledo, 3rd Duke o Alba. It wis granted as a teetle for the male heirs apparent o the subsequent dukes o Alba, who until then held the marquisate o Coria before succeeding tae the dukedom o Alba. Its name refers tae the village o Huéscar, Granada, ane o the manors o the Hoose o Alba.
