The first generation Daihatsu Opti wis launched in Japan in 1992. It wis based on L200 chasis o Daihatsu Mira. It wis available as a three-door or five-door hatchback an replaced the Daihatsu Leeza. The Opti Club Sport version wis featurt in Gran Turismo 2. In November 1998, it wis replaced bi the Daihatsu Opti Mk 2.
Daihatsu Opti Mk 2[eedit | eedit soorce]
The seicont generation Daihatsu Opti wis launched in Japan in November 1998. It wis based on the modified L500 chasis frae Daihatsu Mira. It wis available as a fower-door saloon in twa different styles - Opti an Opti Classic (launched in 2000). It wis discontinued in 2002, but wis na replaced until 2005, bi the Daihatsu Esse. The heich performance model, cried the Opti Aerodown Beex, wis anerlie sauld in Japan.
