Cosimo II de' Medici, Grand Duke o Tuscany (12 Mey 1590 – 28 Februar 1621) wis Grand Duke o Tuscany from 1609 until his death. He was the elder son o Ferdinando I de' Medici, Grand Duke o Tuscany, an Christina o Lorraine. He wis the patron o Galileo Galilei, who wis his childhood tutor.

On 19 October 1608 he mairit Maria Maddalena o Austrick in Padua. She wis a sister o Ferdinand II, Haly Roman Emperor.
