Claude Cohen-Tannoudji (born 1 Aprile 1933) is a French pheesicist. He shared the 1997 Nobel Prize in Pheesics wi Steven Chu an William Daniel Phillips for resairch in methods o laser cuilin an trappin atoms. He is still an active resaircher, wirkin at the École Normale Supérieure in Paris.
