Brownian motion or pedesis (frae Auncient Greek: πήδησις /pέːdεːsis/ "leapin") is the random motion o pairticles suspendit in a fluid (a liquid or a gas) resultin frae their collision wi the fest-muivin atoms or molecules in the gas or liquid.[1]
