Bridei (Scots Gaelic: Brude) wis keeng o the Pechts, in modren Scotland, frae 843 tae 845, contestin wi Kenneth MacAlpin (Cináed III mac Ailpín/Ciniod III [son o] Elphin). Accordin tae the Pictish Chronicle, he wis the son o Uuthoil (or in Gaelic Fochel, Fotel; Fodel).[1]
