The Bhagavad Gita (Sanskrit: भगवद्गीता, bhagavad-gītā in IAST, pronounced [ˈbʱəɡəʋəd̪ ɡiːˈt̪aː] ( listen); lit. "Sang o the Lord"[1]), eften referred tae as simply the Gita, is a 700-verse Hindu scriptur in Sanskrit that is pairt o the Hindu epic Mahabharata.
