On the nicht o October 1, 2017, a mass shuitin occurred at the Route 91 Harvest country muisic festival in Paradise, Nevada. Durin a closin performance bi sangster Jason Aldean, a shuiter fired intae the crowd from a 32nt-floor balcony o the neebourin Mandalay Bay resort.
The shuiter wis identified as Stephen Craig Paddock, 64, apparently o Mesquite, Nevada, wha wis foond deid wi a sel-inflictit gunshot woond.[2] Wi ower 58 fatalities an 400 injuries, it is the deidliest American mass shootin.
