Worcestershire (
i/ˈwʊstərʃər/ WUUS-tər-shər or /ˈwʊstərʃɪər/ WUUS-tər-sheer ; abbreviatit Worcs) is a nan-metropolitan coonty in the Wast Midlands o Ingland. In 1974, it mergit wi the neebourin coonty o Herefordshire tae form Hereford an Worcester. This wis dividit in 1998, re-establishin Worcestershire as a coonty. The Malvern Hills forms the east–wast border atween the twa coonties, wi the exception o Wast Malvern in Worcestershire.
