Wardak Province (an aw spelled Wardag, or Vardak, Pashto: وردګ Persian: وردک, [warˈdak]) is ane o thirty fower provinces o Afghanistan locatit in the central east region o Afghanistan. It haes a population o approximately 540,100. The caipital o the province is Maidan Shar. The majority o the population is Pashtun.
