Viktor Fedorovych Yanukovych (Ukrainian:  Віктор Федорович Янукович^?) (born Julie 9, 1950) is a Ukrainian politeecian who haes been the Preses o Ukraine since 25 Februar 2010.

Yanukovych served as the Governor o Donetsk Oblast frae 1997 to 2002. Subsequently he wis Prime Meenister o Ukraine frae 21 November 2002 tae 31 December 2004, unner Preses Leonid Kuchma, an he wis an unsuccessful candidate in the controversial 2004 presidential election, ultimately losin tae Viktor Yushchenko. Yanukovych continued tae lead his pairty, the Pairty o Regions, efter the 2004 election, an he served as Prime Meenister for a seicont time frae 4 August 2006 tae December 18, 2007 unner Preses Yushchenko. On 3 Mairch 2010, Yanukovych transferred the leadership o the pairty tae Mykola Azarov.
