Victoria (sometimes cried Port Victoria) is the caipital ceety o the Seychelles an is situatit on the north-eastren side o Mahé island, the archipelago's main island. The ceety wis first established as the seat o the British colonial govrenment. In 2009, the population o Greater Victoria (includin the suburbs) wis 25,000 oot o the kintra's tot population o 87,972. Victoria is served bi Seychelles Internaitional Airport, completit in 1971.

The principal exports o Victoria are vanilla, coconuts, coconut oil, soap, fish an guano.
