The baund began, at late 2007 bi brithers Marco an Erick Orozco. At the beginnin the baund wis cried Hostilis Of Mort, but what they twa wantit tae play deserved a different name, so Treateth wis born. The twa brithers went tae a lot o trouble fyndin guid members for the baund syne the beginnin, but, nae ane filled the expectations o the brithers, so, no one stayed much in the baund, till they feenally foond Pablo, Josue an Lin.

Treateth began the 4t o October 2008 when they entered a baund contest named Rock-A-Guate. Treateth went taee the feenals, but didna win the contest, but they wan the fans.

A Demo wis released at the beginnin o 2009 as a "Good Bye" tae the auld Treateth an a Walcome tae the new metal baund Treateth. The demo wis a compilation o 3 o a few mair sangs that the baund uised tae play in shows cried "Ineo di Legato".
