Tomás Frías province is ane o saxteen provinces in the Potosí Depairtment. It is locatit atween 19° 00' an 19° 50' Sooth an atween 65° 32' an 66° 24' Wast.

It borders Chayanta Province in the north, Oruro Depairtment in the northwast, Antonio Quijarro Province in the soothwast, José María Linares Province in the sooth, an Cornelio Saavedra Province in the east.

The province extends ower 115 km frae east tae wast an frae north tae sooth.
